smooth transferlifeguard presence
The transportation from the airport to the hotel was well organized with a van to the port and a speedboat transfer (it was so smooth!). the pools were great. There were four with lifeguards always present. i enjoyed the breakfast variety during my six-day stay.
the water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong.

the pools provided a refreshing escape from the boracay heat. i also appreciated the room cleaning service that occurred daily .
the elevators required maintenance so getting to higher floors took extra time.

the resort staff was friendly and offered assistance with directions around the extensive hotel. i found their availability during breakfast hours particularly helpful and they were able to answer questions about local attractions. this added value to the stay.

I like nature. Swimming pools are near plants and trees. The environment felt relaxing. Staff assistance included every step. My children enjoyed the pool and beach. Breakfast featured a variety of options.
